You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours after we received your order.

Payments have to be made within 3 days from the date of confirmation, otherwise will be considered void.

Please note that actual items might differ from the images provided due to different computer’s resolution. However images provided will be as close as possible to the actual item.

Delivery time for Pre-Orders will be as stated. Normally will be around 1 month to 2 weeks from the end of the Pre-Order.

Delivery time for In-Stock will be 3 to 5 days from day of payment.

If the item ordered is Out of Stock, Beauté et la Bête will notify you via email and you can choose for a full refund or to substitute the Out of Stock item with another item of the same value or less.

A delivery fee of $2.50 will be charged for registered mail.

There should no changes/alternations after order is confirmed/payment is made customers are encouraged to check their confirmation carefully.

Items are only exchangeable if they arrived in a bad state (e.g.stained/torn).Item must be unworn and unwashed. Please note that Beauté et la Bête will ensure all items are in satisfactory conditions before we post it out.

Beauté et la Bête will not be liable for any loss of goods in transit due to Singapore Post errors. Therefore, registered mails are strongly encouraged.

Delivery time is estimated only. Beauté et la Bête will not be responsible for any late deliveries as a result of Singapore Post’s schedule.
